Our Policies
Deposit
Our team will secure a deposit of 1 night, 24 hours prior to arrival. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover. We will send confirmation of your reservation once the booking has been made.
Property note: This policy does not apply to reservations made on a Book Now & Save non-refundable rate, and a full deposit is taken at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For any reservation cancellation (excluding reservations made on a Book Now & Save rate) less than 72 hours, we will charge one night's room charge.
Any change-of-dates request (including shortening a reservation) must be made 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival and is subject to availability and minimum stay restrictions. Within 72 hours prior to arrival, one night's room charge are non-refundable and no changes can be made to the reservation. After check-in, a shortened stay will remain charged in full per the original reservation.
For group room blocks of four rooms or more, please refer to the group contract for the applicable cancellation policy.
Check-in/Check-out times
Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in at The Radical.

Pets & Service Animals
We are happy to allow up to two 70-lb (or less) canine companions in our pet-friendly rooms (pet friendly rooms will be noted as part of the booking process). Pet fees include a $50 per dog, per night rate increase. Please call the property directly to inquire about booking a pet-friendly room.
Dog policies:
* Dogs are the only pets allowed, and they must never be left in a guest room alone.
* While we love our pets, not all of our guests feel the same way. For this reason, dogs are permitted only in the exterior common areas, and they must stay on leash. Dogs are never permitted in interior public spaces.
* As a condition of reserving a room at our hotel, you agree to pay a $250.00 fee if any pets are found in rooms not designated as dog-friendly or if your animal causes stains or damage to a pet-friendly guest room.
HOUSEKEEPING
We offer a daily light touch housekeeping service of your room. For guests staying with us longer than three nights, we will provide a full service housekeeping of your room after the third night of your stay. Should you be in need of anything specific during your stay with us, please feel welcome to let one of our Guest Experience team members know.
Smoking & Cooking
The Radical is a 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free property. Cooking and cooking devices of any type (hot plates, slow cookers, grills, etc.) are strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have burned candles, smoked (including e-cigarettes), vaped, or cooked in their rooms, on balconies/patios, or anywhere on property.
Alcohol Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. As our common spaces are used by all guests, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.
At our hotels, we prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests and staff. To ensure everyone's well-being, we have a policy regarding firearms on our premises. We understand that guests may have valid reasons for possessing firearms, so our policy aims to balance safety and respect for legal rights. For the safety of all, we do not permit the open carry of firearms on our property, regardless of local laws.
While we respect the rights of guests who are legally allowed to have firearms, we require them to follow specific guidelines:
- * Firearms must be securely stored in a locked, hard-sided container provided by the guest while on our property.
- * When not in use, firearms should be safely stored in the guest's room or vehicle.
- * Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave the hotel.

Guest Responsibility
While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damages due to gross negligence.
